LOF Branding had a blast working with EPAplus, a company specialising in energy certificates and advice. During the Brand Discovery phase, we dug deep to uncover their current brand core, analyse competitors, and define the target audience.
EPAplus faced a tricky challenge: standing out in a crowded market of companies offering similar services in a regulated market. Our challenge was conducting in-depth research and analysis giving a holistic view of the EPAplus brand to redefine it in a further brand strategy phase.
We tackled the challenges head-on by immersing ourselves in EPAplus' current brand core. Additionally, we conducted competitive analyses to identify their competitor's unique selling points to find potential for further differentiation. A deep dive into web analytics and social media metrics helped to better understand EPAplus' current efforts in pull marketing, their audience, and behaviour. On top of that, we rounded our insights up with in-depth interviews with the target audience to define holistic personas ready to be addressed.
