Accuralis

Challenges
Accuralis faced the challenge of communicating the value and atmosphere of a complex, multi-format event to a broad audience — both for participants who attended and for healthcare organisations across the Netherlands yet unfamiliar with the Magnet® journey.
The event spanned indoor conference sessions, workshops, and outdoor networking moments, requiring visual coverage that could authentically represent the full experience. From a production standpoint, LOF needed to work unobtrusively across multiple simultaneous settings — intimate conversations, a formal auditorium with stage lighting, and outdoor social moments — while delivering polished, on-brand imagery and film that matched Accuralis’s professional tone and green visual identity.
Solution
LOF Branding deployed a dedicated photography and videography team on-site throughout the full day. The approach was documentary in style — capturing authentic interactions, speaker moments, and audience engagement without interrupting the flow of the event.
For photography, the team covered all key settings: networking conversations among attendees, the main stage and audience during sessions, and the relaxed outdoor atmosphere during breaks. The resulting images reflect warmth, professionalism, and the collegial spirit of the Magnet® community.
For video, LOF produced a full event video that captured the highlights and atmosphere of the day. To give the film a personal and authoritative touch, LOF conducted an on-camera interview with Dr. Brigitte de Brouwers, founder and owner of Accuralis. Her interview provides context, vision, and passion behind the Magnet® movement in the Netherlands — turning the video into more than a recap, but a statement of purpose for Accuralis and its mission.

Impact
The photography and video content produced by LOF Branding gave Accuralis a library of high-quality visual assets that extend the reach of the Magnet® Event well beyond the day itself. Images from the event were published on the Accuralis website and are actively used to promote the next edition of the event, helping to attract registrations for the Magnet® Event 2027.
The event video, anchored by Dr. de Brouwers’ interview, serves as a powerful tool for Accuralis to communicate their vision and demonstrate the value of the event to prospective participants and partner organisations — showing, rather than telling, what the Magnet® journey looks and feels like in practice. The authentic, professional visual documentation reinforces Accuralis’s position as the leading Magnet® knowledge partner
in the Netherlands.
